This institutional website is static. We do not use advertising cookies. Google Analytics only loads when you allow visit measurement. Contact pages load Cloudflare Turnstile solely to verify that submissions come from a person and to prevent abuse.
Analytics and your choice
With your permission, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, language, technical browser data and accepted contact submissions. We do not send names, email addresses, companies, messages or form contents to Analytics, or URL query parameters and fragments. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalization.
You can allow or reject measurement without losing access to the website or contact form. Your choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days and can be changed through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Analytics does not load before you opt in. Withdrawing permission stops measurement and removes this site's Analytics cookies. It does not automatically delete data already received by Google. Google's processing is covered by its privacy policy.
Contact
When you submit the form, your name, company, email address, area of interest, message, consent, language and technical request data are sent to the website endpoint. Cloudflare provides the infrastructure and Turnstile abuse prevention. After validation, Resend processes and delivers a transactional message to atendimento@digithag.com. We use this information only to respond to and manage the conversation you started; submitting the form does not subscribe you to newsletters or advertising.
Retention and service providers
Resend states that email data is retained for 30 days on its current standard plans. This window applies to Resend's service; a message that has already been delivered may remain in Digithag's inbox and conversation history for as long as needed to handle the request and applicable obligations. Provider processing is also governed by the Cloudflare privacy policy and the Resend privacy policy.
Technical data
As with any web service, the infrastructure may temporarily record technical security and operational data such as date, IP address, requested route, browser agent and response code. These records support availability, diagnosis, security and abuse prevention. Turnstile also evaluates technical browser and network signals to distinguish people from automated submissions.
